For those who are curious, Claire's second, third, and fourth days of daycare were not like the first. She has been worn out all week from the excitement and interaction all day. We're lucky to keep her awake until 7pm and she has not wanted to leave us in the morning. On Wednesday she fell asleep on the walk home around 5:30pm. She has not been overthrilled to leave my arms in the morning, but we're told she stops crying as soon as we're out the door. Her teachers are amazed that she isn't walking because she has such great balance allowing her to run on her knees.

She certainly seems intrigued by the photo. Claire knows what she wants when she wants it in terms of walking or not. It will come. You both not to feel any guilt when you leave her at daycare. It's all a process and she will thrive there. Amy cried for years wherever/whenever we left her. Its all good for her in the big scheme of things.
Love you all

Oh man! Leave it to the kids to change so much on a daily basis! I bet she has a good time at daycare despite the sadness when you first leave her there! She is so cute! So funny that she runs on her knees! You should get a video of that! She is so beautiful! Keep up the good work!
